Job Context
We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic English trainer who will train spoken English among the young adults.
Job Responsibilities
- To train adult learners in spoken English.
- Ideally should have prior experience in similar training.
- Prior experience with training rural adult learners will be an advantage.
- Good Spoken English capabilities.
- Ability to interact with people.
- Responsible for effective Training of the spoken English
- Responsible for the quality of training being imparted and maintain the standards at the centre.
- Responsible for maintaining attendance in the centre.
- Apply innovative teaching tools and techniques to check absenteeism and retain the candidates for the entire training duration.
- Conduct weekly / fortnightly / monthly assessments at the centre and evaluate the progress.
- Assisting the team for placement of trained beneficiaries.
- Responsible for post training & placement tracking of the beneficiaries
- Responsible for maintenance of infrastructure at the centre.

- HSC
